had just had the worst day I’d had in a long time. missed flight, hundreds of dollars lost or unnecessarily spent, the whole deal. upon arriving to the hilton, however, I was greeted by simone and her customer service and lovely personality alone made my whole day better. the room was great, the food was nice in the restaurant and the experience overall was enjoyable.

That hotel was in a good and absolutely perfect location, close to the air port. It was also adjacent to So close to JFK, the `` free airport shuttle '' and Hilton JFK Airport.
